This domaine dates back to 1840 and now has over 30 hectares of Chablis vineyards, divided between Kimmeridgean and Portlandian limestone soils.

This is proper Chablis - very mineral, complex and 'classic'. Greenish tinges on the rim, with white flowers and a touch of vanilla on the nose, it's the perfect match for meaty fish or white meat.
