Nero d’Avola, Sensale 2024: A vibrant, full Sicilian red, offering juicy blackberry and plum notes with gentle spice.

Cabernet Sauvignon, Meerlust 2019: An elegant, full-bodied Cabernet with rich blackcurrant fruit, subtle oak, firm tannins, and excellent depth, from one of Stellenbosch’s most esteemed producers.

Chardonnay, Clay Shannon 2024: A fresh, expressive Chardonnay from Lake County, California, with ripe citrus and stone-fruit flavours balanced by a creamy texture.
