Cabutto was founded in 1920 and is now run by brothers Osvaldo and Bruno. The winery is located in Vergne, the highest of Barolo's surrounding villages.
This Barolo is medium bodied with hints of liquorice, violet and leather. It's ready for drinking now but is robust enough to cellar for 5-10 years.
