Domaine Fournillon Chablis 2021

You might recognise this as the Chablis we pour by the glass in all of our bars. A POTG stalwart.

Made from a family-run domain working 23 hectares of vineyard plantings. This has all the characteristics associated with the region - crisp and mineral with fresh green apple and citrus fruit. Generously rounded on the palate with a long finish. Pairs particularly well with summer salads, chicken dishes or simply on its own.

Georges Rimbert Chablis Vielles Vignes 2022

This domaine dates back 6 generations to 1840 and now has over 30 hectares of Chablis vineyards, divided between Kimmeridgian and Portlandian limestone soils.

This expression from old vines shows citrus and green apple in abundance with white flowers and a distinct flinty minerality.

Georges Rimbert Chablis Premier Cru Beauroy 2022

From the prime site of Beauroy near the village of Poinchy. This is proper Chablis - very mineral, complex and 'classic'. Greenish tinges on the rim, with white flowers and a touch of vanilla on the nose, it's the perfect match for meaty fish or white meat.

Maison Alexandre Chablis Premier Cru Fourchaume

Family owned for three generations, Domaine Alexandre work over 13 hectares of vines in the heart of Chablis. This wine is from the South-West facing Premier Cru of Fourchaume, one of Chablis' most prestigious sites. Fuller bodied and more textured than most Chablis. Expect citrus, white peach, acacia and honeysuckle with an intense mineral driven finish. Some ageing potential here too.
