Planet of The Grapes has teamed up with J.J. Corry Irish Whiskey to create a bespoke Bonder’s Blend and raise much needed funds for the Evelina Children's Heart Organisation who work to support children and young people with heart conditions and their families.

Having always had a love for Irish whiskey, we decided to make our own blend with the help of the lovely people at JJ Corry to raise funds for Echo - a charity very close to our own hearts.

This non chill-filtered beauty is from 3 separate ex-Bourbon casks of 4, 8 and 10 year old Irish Grain blended with a stunning 2006 Irish Single Malt.

The finished whiskey is mellow and elegant with hints of baking spice, toasted vanilla and malted milk biscuits. Delicious!
