Fernando de Castilla is a boutique winery in the heart of Jerez de la Frontera. All processes are carried out in an artisanal way respecting a centuries old tradition. They are widely regarded as one of the region's finest independent producers.
This is a fantastic opportunity to taste and learn about this most complex and mysterious of products. Sherry is inextricably linked with the culture and history of Andalusia and its story is as fascinating as it is a pleasure to drink.
We'll be tasting 7 wines which take in the full spectrum of Sherry production from the bone-dry Manzanillas of Sanlúcar de Barrameda to the unctuous and luxurious Pedro Ximenez, and everything in between.
