Wednesday Wine School returns at the beginning of December and it's a sparkling special! We'll be exploring 8 wines, all with unique and varied production methods but one thing in common, bubbles. From rough 'n' ready Pet Nat, right the way through to vintage Champagne. This is one for anyone who would like to learn about the history and intricacies of sparkling wine production. All in time for stocking up your fridges for the Festive period.
